  This was my first experience buying a home and I can say without a doubt, that Trish was responsible for it being such a wonderful experience. She answers all my questions quickly and was the first to relay information -- sometimes hours before I heard from my realtor. I recommend her to my family and friends without hesitation. Trish is the best.

  If a company has poor customer service, I will not do business with them, there are plenty of other businesses to choose from. That said, Trish provided top notch customer service. I rarely had a question to where we were in the process because Trish would continually feed me update on where we were and what to expect. In the event I did have a question, her response to it was rarely more than an hour or two. So, I had awesome customer service, and that was topped off with a very great low percent refinance that helped us in the best possible way.

  From a Real Estate Broker perspective, communication is key. Trish provided consistent weekly updates to both myself and my clients, we all felt like we were constantly in the loop, with no surprises. In this day and age where technology seems to take over in some areas, Trish took the time to determine how we all liked to be communicated with; text, email, phone call, etc. and followed through with our preferences. Would definitely recommend Trish to my clients.
