      Wells Fargo sure is trying to chase customers away. After they closed Sweet Home, then the best branch ever - Lebanon, I started to move away from using them. I’ve been a loyal customer since 1996 but no more. Their ATM’s in Sweet Home and Lebanon are less than reliable and their Albany store is chronically understaffed. Good bye Wells Fargo.

      I and my 6 yo son walk in to deposit money. The line is horendioysly long but in these stressful times a little patience is needed. We finally get to the counter and my son, who had been holing about 0.82$ in change, put the money on the counter while I deal with the bills. The teller says that can't except my change because it isn't rolled. WHAT? Its less than a single dollar in change.. you are a bank!!!!? Your telling my your tellers can't count to a dollar???? Or do you just not accept change anymore here in the Uinted States? My son was very upset and when I asked HOW I was suppose to roll less than a dollar in change in the first place a Mr. Wright told me I should 'buy a roller off Amazon.com ' WHAT??? I HAVE TO BUY SOMTHING JUST FOR MY BANK TO ACCEPT THEIR OWN COUNTRIES CURRENCY!!! ARE YOU JOKING!!!

      Understaffed, unhelpful and unprofessional. WF corporate should fire this branch manager. They could not open a new account or add someone to an account. The young woman who helped us, Kylie, refused to help us, simply saying there was “no one in charge” because the branch manager was on vacation. This just isn’t logical or believable. I’ve been with WF for 20 years and this is the worst experience. I’ll be looking for a new banking solution.

      Worst bank I've ever been with. The employees are fine, it's the fact that the manangment doesn't know how to run a smooth operation . The line is almost ALWAYS backed up with only 1 or 2 people at the counter. They very frequently have there drive up closed so therefore LONGER lines= longer wait. And trust me there are always long lines. Get those counter people HELP wells Fargo, it's not like you dont have the money. And you are going to keep getting bad reviews about this branch and losing people if issues aren't resolved. I'm switching to a bank that actually cares about there customers. And don't bother responding to this review, it's not going to help. Actions speak louder than words.

      The worst bank management. 3 months the drive up was closed. And when by chance you go inside for help and no customers are there the employees just sit there and ignore you. The manager is an extremely unhelpful woman. Oregon state credit is a thousand times better. And they have a scam going for fees where they say you didn't have money in the bank even though you deposited money in the bank. And they refuse to refund there errors

      If I could give this 0 stars I would. I have been give misinformation on top of the bank teller not playing attention when being ask about a check I suspected to be fraudulent. On top of all this their help lines have further made this more difficult than Ever needing. I’ve had my account hacked and broken into as well before all of this. Wells Fargo is the worst bank I have ever used.

      Worst experience at a bank. Chad Wright is the worst manager. Slow at his job and very disrespectful to his customers. Does Wells Fargo a disservice. After waiting 30 min to speak to a representative. The workers was unable to complete my cash withdrawal. The money showed posted and was in my savings She asked to get assistance from her manager. I made it very clear I didn’t need an explanation from her manager if it can’t be done I already wasted enough time. She said her manager could possibly do it. Manager came and was rude interrupted and nothing was done.

      Husband was overdrawn so we tried putting money in at the ATM and it wouldn't allow us to make a cash deposit and of course the bank was already closed. He woke up to 3 overdraft fees of $35 each but when I go to the bank their drive through is closed. And their policy won't allow a refund on overdraft fees. So done with this bank. Also one of the few that still charge a monthly fee. Any credit union in the area is better than this. Don't go here!

      Banking without being able to speak to a banker or anyone who can help you is dumb. If I wanted teller only service I would use the atm instead of driving 49 miles to the bank because you've closed all the other branches in the area.

      Worst bank ever! My account has been hacked twice in the past several months. The "service" manager required that I make an appointment to come in person and make a deposit. So I drove to the branch, waited about 30 minutes in line and was then told that the bank couldn't process a deposit now. What?! thanks for the major inconvenience. When I have made online, secure email inquiries about services at Well Fargo I can never get a straight answer or worse, they give me false information. Generally any online inquiry is responded to with something like, "go to your branch and ask them". Nice job... Between the data security breaches, the ineptness of the online services and the repeated poor customer service at the branch, why would anyone do business here? Go elsewhere if you want a safe bank that has customer service.
