  They answer very quickly each time without fail and are always quick with my quotes and paperwork. The only thing is they don't offer discounts on new policies, or add on, etc. for customers who have been with them for over a decade.

  After searching for a week I walked into A-MAX sad. I got in the 1st accident of my life earlier year and every place I went was quoting me 175$+ for liability. A MAX quoted be 73$. I couldn't believe it. The staff was amazing and knowledgeable. I'll never go anywhere else.

  Did not upload my previous insurance from fairyland and then sent photos to another insurance place that dropped me after photos where reviewed and the next insurance place wanted to add more fees to my insurance policy since the Brooke did not do there jod right in the first place

  I was highly UNSATISFIED with Maggie’s customer service and professionalism. She set me up with a policy and did NOT give me the correct information on the due date and I was hit with late fees, how does that even happen? Thank you to Ralph who was able to help me find a better policy and was a lot more transparent.

  Great customer service amd the quotes they gave were actually higher than the actual premium I'm paying. Daniel is amazing and very informative. If you need auto insurance that isn't expensive, this is the place to go.
