  From the first day of working with Trent Olson he was always available to answer questions. He was there to help me through the process and answer any questions I had (no matter how silly or short) as it was my first time buying a home. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the lending process and a great mentor for a first time buyer. I know if I have any questions about my loan or buying another house, Trent would be the first person I call.

  Trent was super easy to work with and responded immediately to my enquiry. He also helped me see that I could actually afford a more expensive home than I first realized and responded immediately when I asked if I could have a prequalification letter for the higher amount he worked out that I could afford. Once I raised my price ceiling, the perfect home came up for sale at that price and I couldn't be happier now in my new place! I'm very thankful to Trent for making the process and communication so easy and smooth and highly recommend working with him if you are seeking mortgage financing!!
