  If getting a loan can in any way be enjoyable, then it’s via ADR Mortgage! They are professional and prompt, explaining all of your options and providing clarification on the value of your choice. They are also very considerate of your time by doing almost all the heavy-lifting of the application themselves. All of the paperwork, etc. needed is explicitly laid out and can be submitted via a convenient portal. It made things so much easier. You can also any send questions anytime and they respond very quickly via text and/or email response. This was the best (and most personal) touch, because there are so many moving parts to this process and having their support be accessible made things much better! I entered this process wildly unprepared but ADR was right there the whole way and got me an incredible rate in a wild market. I highly, highly, 1000% recommend ADR Mortgages and any of their services—you will be so glad you did! Thank you, ADR!

  I talked to at least 5 different big name lenders before finding Andy. He has been by far the most honest, transparent, and knowledgeable. I feel confident knowing that I am working with a seasoned professional rather than a mortgage salesperson at a bank. The transparency has been especially refreshing - be explained how the mortgage market actually works and why buyers are charged extra fees under different circumstances. He works with you to find the best rate for your situation. He also steered me in the right direction for boosting my credit score, which was a godsend.
