  Caycee was wonderful. Very prompt and professional, even worked on my loan during off hours. Would answer all my emails right away and kept me updated 24/7! She made my loan so easy. She rescued me from a bank that was taking forever and kept giving me the run around. Definitely couldn’t have closed on my home without her. She is a blessing!!!

  Working with Cayce was the best experience I could have hoped for. I was a novice to the home buying experience and a little intimidated by the requirements for getting a home loan. Cayce was timely, professional and patient. She did not mind answering all of my questions (there were a ton). She made the experience transparent. She explained in detail every stage of the process that my application was in and what that would entail. Documents sent to me were explained in detail and she intuitively highlighted areas she anticipated I might not understand or might have questions about. I would absolutely recommend perennial mortgage, specifically Cayce!

  Working with Cayce was a breeze. This way by far the most simplistic mortgage process I've been through. The home Cayce helped me get into is the 4th I've purchased and I haven't had a more simpler experience. She was able to come through when other lenders would give runarounds due to my work situation. Cayce made this happen with her knowledge and work ethic. There were times I asked myself "ok, when does the bottom drop out? When does she start becoming like the other lenders I've worked with?" She's not like the rest. She's top-notch and I absolutely recommend her.
