  Doug was amazing to work with. My circumstances were not straight forward by no means but Doug made it happen anyway. He kept me well informed throughout the entire process and always answered my questions promptly. As long as I have home loan needs Doug will always be my first go to guy, he's stuck with me, :-). He was so great, that I already used him twice within the last 6 months for 2 home purchases.

  I'm a first-time homebuyer. I did not know the process in detail before I received a call from Doug. Doug provided me all the information and support I need. He gave me contacts of an excellent real estate agent. When I decided to change the house in the middle of the process, Doug helped me a lot with information and helped me adjust my loan parameters to absorb the appraisal/selling price diff into my loan.   As a first time home buyer purchasing a home in a different state with a co borrower in another state there were quite a few hurdles we had to overcome. Doug and his staff dealt with all our questions and concerns in a caring patient and highly professional manner. When it seemed like the process was too much to deal with I believe the Towne mortgage crew worked extra hard to reassure us and ultimately get us in our new home. I would highly recommend them especially to potential buyers in a unique situation like mine.

  Doug made of home buying process extremely stress-free! As first time homeowners, so many things are confusing and complicated, but Doug and his team made it easy and smooth! He was on top of meeting all our deadlines, and was in a constant communication with us! If you’re thinking about using Town Mortgage as your lender, don’t think twice, just DO IT!
