      Great people, like a little family when you walk through the door and everyone knows everybody. Gives free popcorn on Fridays lol Update after 5 years and a few car loans, this place is awesome! Helped me get some great interest rates on my cars and trucks. Super friendly staff and up to date mobile banking system. ACH transactions can be posted early and no need to wait a day after depositing a check. 10/10

      Terrible Service! I have been contacting them for over a month and keep leaving messages and have not been able to communicate with a representative. I haven't been able to log in to use online services. I would not recommend them

      have been an account holder for over 30 yrs . they are always friendly workers. the company is very up to date on ways to do my banking needs. when i have needed loans they always have the lowest interest rates. i have had other bank accounts ant they always have hidden fees.... not with this credit union.... love them!

      i’ve been a cardholder here for about 4 years and i’ve literally NEVER had a good experience with them. they’re always extra sour and rude. they make me feel so bad and dumb for calling them about help with something in my account.

      They have always treated me like family! Great credit union. Have tried other credit unions, and banks because there are more locations but I always end up coming back to Traverse Catholic FCU! Keep up the awesome work :)

      This credit union is awful. They Nickel and dime you in every way possible with fee's. Then their online system is very old and does not accurately reflect your account balance. One time I cashed a very large check and they deposited into someone else account. I don't even know how you can do that. They fixed it a week and a half later. Horrible experience. Do your self a favor and go anywhere else to bank.

      Called in regards to my account, was greeted by a woman and explained my question and was immediately hung up on after. It was not a transferred call, or by accident. Heard the phone being hung up with no explanation prior. I’m shocked—completely unprofessional.
