  I have only been banking with 4Front for a couple months and I already hate it. I used to work at one of the best credit unions in the world so to come to this credit union its awful. I hate that I have different log ins for each account when I should be able to see all of my accounts under one log in. And after reading other reviews, I am nervous about making payments to my auto loan! Speaking of which, my auto loan has its own account and when I tried to open the online banking account with the account number I was given, it said that account number already had a log in set up for it! Ridiculous.

  I do not like the hours of operation. I wish they at least had a drive through open earlier. I also do not like the how close one is to the other customers. When asked for my account number, the man standing right beside me now knows my name and account number. Also the tellers do not seem to know what they are doing. This credit union definitely went downhill since becoming 4Front.

  Customer service is very horrible. It’s never easy to do anything here and definitely no apologies or a better action to step up the past wrongs. I regret ever getting involved with them. I really regret

  Members Credit Union is the greatest thing since cotton candy. I have been a member for a few years and I feel that all other banks or credit unions should take a look at how great members runs and take care of their clients.

  Even though I make my auto loan payments usually 3 weeks to a month in advance, who ever takes my payment never enters it into the computer and they always call saying I never made a payment and It's really starting to piss me off.

  Used to be decent CU then it went down hill. Management has lacked in customer service. One was even vengeful enough to post false Payment delinquencies to cover up her inadequacy.
