      For FIVE YEARS I've been with Team One Credit Union. Three car loans. The newest one was a hassle for my agent to get approved BUT she did. This credit union has been nothing but amazing, helpful and honestly the only company to give me a shot when others wouldn't. I'll continue to get loans through them.

      I've been a member for 26 years and have always had great experiences. I finally got my first mortgage for my own home and naturally used Team One CU.       During Covid 19 many people are struggling due to layoffs and illness. Unemployment benefits are taking months to pay benefits to some people. A lot of businesses are understanding and will work with you knowing you will catch up when you receive owed benefits. Not Team One Credit Union. I had the misfortune of dealing with Naiomi Rodriguez. She was insulting, rude and demeaning. I certainly hope she or her loved ones don't find themselves struggling or sick due to Covid 19 being treated so terribly. Shame on you Naiomi Rodriguez and Team One Credit Union for your insensitivity and greed.

      Never dealt with an organization that had more friendly "how can I help you?" folks then Team One CU, really makes banking with them easy and a pleasure.

      If you have the choice to choose any other credit union then please do. Team One Credit Union is the worst credit union I have ever dealt with. NOT a happy customer and can't wait to transfer my loan elsewhere.

      Nothing but issues. Every other financial organization we have had to deal with during this "pandemic" has been really good but teamone has been a nightmare. For the members is a joke.
