Larry Gremban5I've been a 4Front customer for about five years. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. Reading through the reviews I see people complaining about wait times...try going somewhere else. It's no different. Personally I haven't experienced long wait times. I've always found the tellers and management very friendly and professional.

Heather Dennison1Do NOT bank with this company. I dealt with lost deposits and never getting the help i was in need of for almost 6 years. Only to have them pay items i asked to stop when i closed my account. The negative balance of 264 dollars then dropped my credit. I am a disabled widowed mother. Once i was finally able to pay the 264 dollars their credit department made my one time overdraft look like 22 months of missed payments on a loan, which dropped my credit 59 points!! DO NOT TRUST THIS CREDIT UNION WITH YOUR MONEY OR CREDIT!!!!

Alice Gates1Well, they were helpful when I was first going through my divorce and did give me easy to follow instructions regarding getting loans separated between my former spouse and I, but nothing has panned out and my account is still having money withheld and and I've had hundreds of dollars taken from my account and put towards a loan that's not mine.

J T5Like most people I had significant concerns when members converted to 4front, especially since I have been a member since 1993. As of today, those concerns are over. I believe they are finally over the transition hump. I stopped into the south airport office to voice concerns. Pamela and staff were extremely attentive to my concerns and when I left I finally felt like "the very personal care members provided in the past has come through in 4front" Thank You south airport staff for fully rebuilding my confidence in your credit union.

Steelshooter1I too used to be a Members Credit Union customer and I loved them. The service was the very best and it would take the whole page to explain why they were so good. Unfortunately since they have merged and become 4 Front they have become the very worse. If you call them because you need a simple question answered, you can expect to be 12th in cue and NEVER get straight through to talk to a person. Oh they will call you back most times but you better be able to stay by your phone for the next hour and a half waiting for a return call. All of my bill pay accounts were wiped out. The drive through service has become a joke and is most often a parking lot where you can expect to sit for 30+ minutes. Need to speak with a manager? That will take about 2 days to hear back from the "Customer Experience Manager". He will tell you how they pride themselves on their service and how he is there to help. Nothing is fixed and he will never return your calls. The list goes on and on. I too tried to wait it out until the dust settles but have opened another account with another bank. As soon as I receive a funds transfer I'm waiting on I'm closing my accounts with 4 Front. Such a shame Members was the very best.

Tom Emmott1It took me weeks to try to log on to the new system. That included trying it at home and 4 visits to a branch. I have had some success but if I let a week or 2 go by I have to start all over again. Today for instance--I cannot log on. The screen is telling me that I haven't logged on since May 1st which is untrue. I agree with everyone else--making a phone call is a waste of time since it's impossible to reach anyone. I don't want a return phone call 2 days later I want an answer now. The new lobby is a joke! Down to 4 tellers and I've never seen most of them before. What happened to the reliable people that used to be there? Long lines. No counter to fill things out at. No pens. No nothing. I have waited for the dust to clear but it's never cleared. Looking into TBA today. I wonder if I'll get credit for the new checks I just received. One would think that with all of the negative reviews, 4 Front would contact us and ask what they can do to make it better. I hope any new, would be customers are reading these.

Anne Henry1I signed up for something that was a scam. I had all the proof that I was entitled to a refund and 4front did not back me up. Lucky for me it was less than a hundred bucks. Don't put your trust in them they're going to let you down.
