  update: Unfortunately their responses went to our junk e-mail about locating our title. Glad to know they at least responded when we didn't think they had for the past two weeks. Bought this used semi truck last month - computer already went out, leaving our driver stranded in Indiana. 2020 Western Star somehow doesn't have warranty coverage on this VIN. Please contact us!

  UPDATE: Since I could not depend on their online system to make payments, I started mailing them. I mailed a payment from Denver to their Denver PO Box....They didn't process the payment until 11 days later. They again refused to waive the late fees. I think they are retaliating for the negative review. We would never have used these guys if our loan hadn't been sold to them. Paying of the account today. These guys will find a way to bleed you for fees one way or the other. I am hoping my payoff actually goes through correctly! Terrible customer service. I make online payments with pre-filled information every month. One month their bank sent it back saying there were too many numbers. They charged me a $40 fee. There is no way their own system would have allowed me to make such a mistake since everything was filled (and had been working fine) in advance. I simply select the pre-filled bank account and the payment being made (this is 2 mouse clicks and absolutely no data entry). They insist that the mistake was mine and could not have been their system. I would pay off early but they have a prepayment penalty. It's hard to do business with a company who can't control their own system and their customer can't trust it to work! And then they come on here and try to blame it back on me. They may not have changed it but their system definitely has a glitch. The only fees waved were late fees due to not getting invoices sent.

  Worst company to deal with, rude and corrupt people like Cory Carrillo . I went to pay off for my truck and I they wanted to overcharge me more than $1000. According to them they said it because of late fees but hopefully I had my email where I had the document allowing them to do a direct pay. Every time they called I was giving them the authorization to withdraw my monthly payment. I also waited more than two months to get my title until now I did not get it. On my last call they said again that they are holding the title because Of $40. Guys all this is after I have received my receipt for the payoff. They Crooke and corrupt. Never deal with them ,, go to the credit union. Thanks

  wasted 3 of my weeks requesting something which doesnt exist , give me at least 1 agent in the world who is going to provide you non-trucking liability on trailer !!!!!!! Hey people from translease , trailers can only have fizicaldamage insurance, in the rest cases its covered by non-trucking liability of the unit(truck) which is pulling this trailer. i provided all the proofs that the trailer is covered 10000000% of cases . and its still not enought)))))) i would give you -5 stars if i could

  Stay away from this company !!!!!! Run !!!! Don’t look back !!!! They are extremely hard to work with Wayne Cook should be fired for his rude condescending don’t care customer service Misty is super nice and should take his job !!! Avoid them like the plague!!!!!!
