  Spectacular job Jose did. As a 1st time home buyer, I KNOW I required more work/attention. Not only was he always available, he also got me a great rate. Made the whole experience fantastic. Topped it off with a bottle of whiskey for a house "warming" gift at closing! (I drank it!)

  Amazing. A little over 2 years ago, Jose helped me get a jumbo FHA loan on a 4 unit / mixed use property and only 4% down --basically unheard of to get this good of loan, and with only a 3.5% interest rate. This was just the boost I needed to get me into real estate investments. I wouldn't be where I am now if it weren't for the experts at Capital Works Mortgage.

  A mortgage is a very complicated transaction and it is important you can work with someone who is trustworthy and knows the business inside and out. During a given year there are many changes to the rules around mortgages and you want someone who is very well-versed in understanding the fine print.   I was a first time home buyer who was excited but very nervous about the whole lending process. The credit/down payment aspects of buying can be very stressful and confusing and that part scared me. Joe Moore walked me step by step through the process and made sure I understood exactly what was happening and what needed to be done.
