  I have been a member of this Credit Union Since 2008, 10 years and I have never had any Problems or Issues with this Credit Union. Everyone is very helpful and Professional.

  Me and my partner who is a deputy sheriff for Arapahoe County obviously why we have an account here. Walked into the 38th Avenue location needing to speak to the title clerk because there was a title that still has not been released from a loan that has paid off 2 months ago. When the title clerk came out my partner put his arm behind his back because he was having lower back pain immediately the title clerk replied to him saying "do not get stand offish to me." He hasn't apologized again and said no I'm not getting standoffish my back is hurting. He explained the situation that we were still showing that the lien has not been paid on the title so we would need now a letter of pay off so we can get the tital and her next reply was "anybody could do that for you. " Is this the way that customers service is with this company? This was extremely rude and disrespectful I really doubt I'll be doing business with this company in the future.

  The staff is always helpful and attentive to my questions.. We have refered my 2 sons and grandson to do their banking at the credit union which they have with good results.

  Horrible, we opened an account after a rep went to my husbands place of employment. It hard enough being a law enforcement family and deal with the Officer having to go to court on days off. The Credit Union has wasted out time. Three separate transaction we tried to do and nothing has been helpful. Last transaction was a car loan and the rep helping said he get back to us yet does not. Then he say he never recived a couple documents he asked for when it was all sent at the same time. We will be closing our account. Moving money to where people are help full. Also used I lending recived everything need for the loan in 24 hours. It been going on a week with the credit union. What a joke!
