  We primarily worked with Kelly Murphy and had a great experience. She's very nice and easy to talk to. She has a great perspective because of her experience as a lender but also she flips houses on the side so she is very knowledgeable. Great resource to have! We also worked with Sam Sak who was another great resource when we had questions and very kind. They provided step by step guidance when needed as we were first time home buyers and often needed a little hand holding through the process.

  From submitting an offer to closing, the entire process took less than a month. Amazing! Kelly did a great job of updating me on the status of my loan and circling back with me if I was missing anything. She even held off on finalizing my loan for a few days and got me a lower interest rate! I was very happy working with Kelly and New American!
