  We cannot say enough wonderful things about our mortgage lending agent, Tracy! We gave her a pretty difficult case as new buyers, military, and needing to close on our home remotely. Tracy took care of every detail for us and made the process smooth and convenient despite being on a different time zone and in different areas of the country! She even scheduled appointments with a third party agency so that we could close remotely in Texas! She was very knowledgeable about grants that military and new home owners were qualified for and saved us thousands on our closing costs! She was patient and thorough throughout the process as new questions arose for us newbies and was always available to discuss and simplify the purchasing details. She also walked us through the Homestead Tax Credit application and shared what to anticipate as we proceeded with our purchase. Tracy is truly an asset to the Lincoln Savings Bank with her experience and vast knowledge of the purchasing process, not to mention her top notch customer service! We would have been lost without her and feel fortunate to have had an ally in this new, but exciting process for our family.

  I was impressed with Tracy the first time that I talked to her. Tracy made me feel comfortable during the entire process. She answered all of my questions, even if they were stupid questions.
