  Jason was a full communicator. He answered all of my questions & if he didn't know, off-hand, he would always point us in the right direction or get immediately back with me when he did have the answer. He was very easy to work with and didn't over-complicate anything. I just recommended him to a good friend of mine who is wanting to purchase her own home within the next 6 months.

  If you're looking for a mortgage professional this is the place. They will do whatever it takes to make things happen and make sure you are comfortable then entire time. Buying a house is stressful, don't let the mortgage experience be stressful too.

  Earl Shedd was awesome! He took my inquiry on a mortgage as we were about 2 months out from wanting to list our home. Buying and selling a home is not what I’d call a completely stress free process, but Earl made the mortgage side of things a very easy for us. Earl was back with me very quickly on any questions I had and kept me up to date during the whole process. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I don’t plan on buying another home because we found the perfect property, but I would definitely call Earl up again or recommend him to anyone I know.

  Great experience. Jason Larson and Lisa Clark made the process run very smoothly. Emails were always answered same day and never made me feel like I was asking dumb question as a first time homebuyer.It always felt like we were making progress all the way to closing.

  AJ Diehl, Lisa Clark, and Ashley Bass were all wonderful to work with. I was well informed through the entire process, and all emails were returned almost instantly. Their online process is also very easy to work with. Then they topped it all off with an AMAZING rate on our Dream Home!! Highly recommend!

  When our lender that we gained pre-approval through dropped the ball, Gershman stepped up. The process was quick, convenient, and the customer service was incredible! We made our close date thanks to Jason, Ashley, and the rest of the team at Gershman!

  Great Phone, email, text communications. Nice system to track everything needed through the process to closing. Brian did a great job and got me a rate significantly lower than any other company could come close to. What's not to like about that?! Thanks Brian Z and Gershamn!

  David and his team are spectacular! They're extremely knowledgeable and were very patient with me! They will walk you through the process and explain everything every step of the way. They're available almost around the clock, which comes in handy when you're trying to avoid bidding wars. To sum it all up they're real people and they keep it real. The only thing I didn't like was my mortgage was sold immediately, before my first payment. But that's business I guess.
