  This is not a full service credit union. They don't participate in the shared branch network with the Iowa credit union league! Don't be fooled by banking here! They will not make change for you if you do not bank here even though you may be a member of another credit Union. Look below: that only took 3 weeks to respond! Just poor service all around.

  I transferred from a credit union I was with for 32 years. Doug made my decision easy! Very good staff with knowledge and patience. Soft credit check when signing up. The benefits are Great! Convenient hours! I am so happy with the move!!!

  I love Veridian. They have always been very helpful and accommodating to me. I love that they can print new debit cards right there in all of the branch offices, including the Hy-Vee branches. I have a bad habit of misplacing my card so it makes it easy to go to the bank to get a new card instead of having to wait a week or more to get my new card. They are always very polite and make me feel welcome. Thanks Veridian!

  Armin is the reason I moved all of my funds to veridian. I have never had a more pleasant experience in my life and every day that I come in I am treated like a valued customer. Amazing job Armin, keep hiring people like him.

  This credit Union is awesome, Armin and the rest of the staff are the best teller around and will make sure you are well taken care of (especially Doug, he is great)

  The space is very cramped at this Veridian. The staff was helpful but only if my hand was forced it seemed. The person that helped me didn't posess many people skills it seemed. Everyone has their days, but I felt as if it were an ego thing rather then not having enough skill possibly.

  This was my bank and sadly there customer service has been terrible and the lack of concern with my issues in June has made me dislike this company and I will not continue my service with them. One person can change it from being a great company to a negative awful company. Sadly I've moving on.

  I have been a member since 1958 and I appreciate Veridian's branches in HyVee stores in Ankeny. The hours they are open meets my needs.

  Went in 15 minutes before closing to see if I can get cash for some change I had and the door was locked they were all sitting on their phones and they wouldn’t come to the door. I’m very disappointed, I was going to see about banking there since I have heard good things.
