  Exceptional Bank, I highly recommend them!! They have a beautiful building. I have had 4 different banks in Iowa and Lincoln Savings Bank has been the best by far!! Lincoln Savings Bank has that small town feel, very friendly, kind, caring, and helpful. Katie and Tori are amazing they treat you like family very kind, caring, and helpful :) Their Mobile App is very secure with facial recognition. It is comforting to know your assets are protected.

  LSB was great. Very helpful and responsive when we had questions. Made the process smooth and easy. They did a lot of the work and actively searched for ways to help Veterans.

  Bobby was my loan officer and he had my back helped fight tooth and nail to get my loan. Nick was also there helping they teamed up and helped me when it was down to the wire! Awesome job guys

  Having to secure a mortgage loan is always a daunting and overwhelming task, but working with Tracy Frette at Lincoln Savings Bank was an absolute breeze. She made the whole process so easy and smooth. It was honestly an incredible experience. We will be going back to her for all of our future needs. She was so responsive, answered my endless questions, and explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

  We decided to go with LSB after applying with three other mortgage lenders. Jenn was fantastic—spent time explaining the financing application process, walking us through the math, and telling us all the upcoming steps so we weren’t surprised along the way. Would recommend going to her to any first-time homebuyers.
