  Tracy Flanagan was amazing! She helped me through the process of buying a second home. She made the process easy and unstressful. She was always availble by phone or email or text. Any questions or concerns she was always able to answer or get answered in a very timely fashion. She always kept me well informed and up to date on everything through the whole process. Best of all when it came time for closing she was able to negotiate a better rate for me by about .25 of a percent and got me a rebate. i would definitely refer Tracy to any one I know that is looking to buy a home or refinance their home.
