  I have had a number of loan officers in my life and my experience with Kelly even though only by phone was absolutely fantastic. She is knowledgeable, informative to her clients and best of all willing to communicate to answer any and all questions.   My wife and I had a great experience with Kelly to obtain our HELOC for some home improvements. She made the process very smooth and easy. Kelly kept us informed throughout the process and was very good at consistent communication to us. When we had a last minute change, literally the day before, she got the change approved and we still closed the next day. We really appreciated her work and efforts for us. I would use Kelly again in the future.
