  Chris was referred to me by a family friend. I have actually worked with him twice now and referred him to a friend because he makes the home buying process so smooth and stress free. He is incredibly detailed, responsive and always makes himself available if you have any questions or need anything. His app was also very helpful to have access to while searching for a home.   Chris was referred to me through my father's financial advisor. From the moment I had the first contact with him, I felt comfortable and knew this was who I was going to be working with. This was my first time purchasing a home and I was clueless on what to expect. He made this as simple as it could be. I applied and was approved within 24 hours. Chris was helpful in every aspect as far as explaining things to me every step of the way. He went above and beyond to help me get the best rate possible. If I ever had a question or needed clarification, he was available via phone call or email. I never had to wait long for a response. Buying a home is a big deal.   As first time home buyers we were nervous about the lending process but Chris helped us every step of the way. He answered all of our many questions and was extremely responsive and thorough. We also refinanced with him and would recommend to anyone!

  Chris and his team did a great job. They were on top of everything from the get go. The Title Co and the realtors involved also thought very highly of him. When we were bidding on a home he even made a call to the listing agent, which helped us to get our house. He got us to closing with no glitches Highly recommend him
