  I had a wonderful experience working with Daryn and his team. I did a cash out/refi on my home, and working with his team (Darlene) made the whole process work smoothly. Daryn told me up front what my fees would be, and what fees I could shop around for (i.e. Title insurance.) Everything was delivered exactly as promised. I saved a lot of money by working with Daryn, compared to other vendors. Also, he and his team were always professional and a pleasure to work with. I would, without question, choose to work with Daryn again. I would also highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home, refinance, or needing any type of mortgage assistance.

  Daryn and team (especially Dee) recently helped me with a refi of my primary residence and concurrent purchase of a second residence. Everything went very smoothly thanks to their high level of professionalism and clear communication throughout the process.
