  PROS: Over all okay. Good deal on a truck with solid warranty/maintenance incentives. CONS: Spent way too much time waiting even after expressing my need to get in and out ASAP. I spent $$$ on a Tundra (used) and they only brought it around with a little less than half a tank of gas. I asked the guy who sold me that car about it and he told me they only give half tanks on used vehicles... I think this is really petty and pretty nickle and dime on the sale of a $$$ vehicle. New or used. Pretty disappointed here. Come on, Toyota- don't be cheap with your gas. Give me a break. Also, HURRY up when people tell you they are in a hurry. On the other hand, kudos for the great deal and the incentives. I will be back and will still likely recommend people to shop for their next vehicle here.

  Thank you so so much to Ava Winchester at this location for helping me today. Thanks to her attention to detail, she came across a weird situation with my car that should have been caught a long time ago. She went above and beyond and even called the dealership where I purchased the car to try to help me resolve this issue. She was so kind and helpful during a tough situation and provided me with all the information that I need to fix it. Five star service, I will definitely be returning to Ava for future services. Thank you!

  I took my car for a service and was attended to by Santhosh. The expected time for the service was close to 2 hours, but with the fluid changes and new tires I could get my vehicle back in 1 hour 15 mins. The service was great.

  On 5/7/20, I went into my local Toyota (of Irving, TX) for a repair and met Robert, my service advisor. I've been going to that dealership since I bought my Corolla from them on 12/26/11, for all repairs and inspections, and my experience has always been exceptional. My latest repair continued that performance record.

  My buying experience with Vivian Ly was top notch. She delivered everything I asked for with precise details. Her customer service is superb which really sealed the deal for me. I did not get the run around or any pressure sale tactics from her. It was all about factual information and coming to a deal that was comfortable for me.   My car buying experience was excellent with Toyota of Irving. Highly recommend it to everyone. I am looking forward for great maintenance service as well. Unfortunately I have to take my words back. They provided excellent experience only during sales, once the sales has been made they will not remember you and treat you like a stranger. The worst part is getting response from Finance manager.

  Since I bought my car about two years ago I have brought it to get its regular maintenance done. Up til now I have had great service. Just yesterday I went in to get a new tire since there was a nail in one of them. To start of with it’s easy to get my call through to book an appointment and when I don’t have a chance to call it is easy to book it through online. From the time I get there someone helps me right away. I have always had great customer service experience. The wait time is reasonable keeping in mind that there are times they are really busy. They offer a complementary car wash which bumps up the wait time a bit more but sometimes it’s worth it if you have the time. Either way at any car wash you will have to wait. I’m very satisfied with my purchase as the service I get for my car.

  I love Toyota Irving they are great! Courteous Professional and Prompt Wesley Nichols is Awesome he does a great job! The whole team is Awesome I won’t go anywhere else . I feel at ease driving my Toyota. I love how Wesley explains things for my daughter I feel good she feels secure!!
