  I had not had a single bad expirience at this branch. The 3 or 4 times i been here to get change for my store was a breeze! The tellers were very kind and friendly too! I don't see how so many people are rating this Chase branch so poorly. Just be nice to them and they will be nice back, regardless of what you're there for, they are there to help in any way they can..

  It was my first time at this particular location and I doubted if I was at a Chase bank because the location did not look like all the Chase banks I've been to. I waited in line for almost an hour just to withdraw money. I eventually left without completing the transaction. I wanted 100s and wasn't sure if I could get them from the machine, so I stood in line. It was just horrible.

  I went to open checking account and they attended to me fast and all but I went on a Thursday and my card is still not here it's the next Monday, Tuesday comes around and it's still not here!! so I call to see what is taking so long and they let me know they barely sent it on Monday so I'm so mad why wouldn't they send it the same day the thursday I need my money and my card come on!!! Yall need to send debit cards the same day so it wont take so dam long!! Also they dont answer their phone!

  Excessively long wait. They dont acknowledge any concern for the wait unless you complain about it. Make sure that you have nothing planned as the wait will take at least an hour to see a banker, regardless of the reason.

  I have found this branch of Chase to be very helpful. Today I called in spoke with Jenny, she was very professional and resolved my issue immediately. I have done business with Chase for years and never had an issue that did not get attention immediately

  The manager (a famale, I don't know her name) was very rude. She refused to open an account for me. I complained to chase over the phone but almost a month passed and nobody contacted me back. WORST bank service I ever had!!!

  I was maintaining my two accounts from past years at this particular location. I had a good experience with most of the staff and the greeter is very professional. I had a very bad experience with the male staff at this particular location. He even wanted me to close the account.Extremely unprofessional.

  This place make you wait because the lady who is taking care the front think that I was sitting in the chair 🪑 just because maybe 🤔 I was tired the only one for customers with appointments take her 49 minutes to come and ask me but before she ready send people in and not asking anything but now she is available for me 3 minutes before they close her name is Zulma
