Stacy Omo-Iyase1Paid off auto loan in 2018, to this day never received the title and found out the did not file paperwork properly. Worst bank and very unprofessional staff. I would never recommend anyone to use this credit union. Constantly, received different information from person to person. Staff not properly informed and very rude and some of them are aggressive and ghetto. Also Lanka Miles is aggressive and unprofessional. Did not disconnect the call and heard her gossiping to Kianna. So unprofessional!

Guerin Woodgate, Jr.1Absolutely terrible experience using Resource One Credit Union for an auto loan. This company was selected by the company that sold me a car and the auto loan experience was so terrible I opted to pay off the loan years early as it was not worth financing due to the many mistakes. Now that the car was paid off a month elapsed after requesting the title and closing the mandatory savings account yet nobody bothered to process anything. Avoid Resource One Credit Union and if you do use them, watch for the bogus finance and late fees.

Matt Capps5Thus bank has given a young man like me more opportunities to prove myself than I can list. I initially started with them about 5 years ago and they have really helped me pursue my goal of buying a home. I understood to establish myself I had to start small so Im.layomg off my 15k loan for my motorcycle now! They have forgiven me when funds are low and a little and have refunded many overdraft fees and Insufficient funds fees. I can tell you how much thay has helped my family. During these past few tough years they have really stood by our side and continue to do so!

Lady C5I wanted to lower my monthly payment on my car and this credit union made it fast and easy . The representative ,Jose was very knowledgeable of the products as far as warranties and other products they have to offer, everything went very smooth Im referring everyone I know.

Yesi2Staff is nice but lately have had issues. Have had problems when using the ATM to make cash or even check deposits either machine is not taking the bills even though they are new or not wrinkled and had issues with it accepting the signed check just the other day. Also, the deposits don't go through (post) the day they are suppose to (on business days) and the 24hr service that is offered is pretty much the run around. Use to love this bank but lately not so much.

Kayla Sa1Went in around 5:10, to ask what is needed to open an account and didn’t have the proper items. Told the clerk that I will be right back. Came back around 5:20 to be told that they couldn’t assist me due to them closing in 10 minutes and that it takes about 15 to open an account. This is bad service, due to the fact that once I customer inside your doors before 5:30 you should be able to assist them in whatever it isn’t that they need instead of turning them away. Poor service. A customer went in after me and they weren’t turned away....

Arnulfo Martinez5I love this credit union. I have been with them for 6 years and am so glad I have been with them. They are so lenient, the fees are so much better then a bank and their fees. Everytime I hear someone complain about thier bank I instanly refer them to my credit union. I got personal loans, car financing, and a badass credit card.

Collin Steele1Beware this is the one branch that does not offered shared branch services and it isnt disclosed until you've wasted your entire lunch break and are at the front door. Shared branching was the whole point of me banking here. My lawfirm is in ftworth and the next nearest branch is a hour away. Extremely disappointing.

Shaz AW1They kept us waiting for an hour and 15 minutes before they let us speak to anyone for opening a new account and applying for a loan. The branch manager didn't bother to take care of us and just kept walking from one side to the other.
