  My wife and I went into this with some apprehension; buying a car is often painful, and we went in to buy 2. I spoke with Stu a week before coming in, and true to his word, he said we would be able to work it out. Never have I been so comfortable with what can be such a stressful situation. Stu was outstanding; patient, helpful and beyond cool to work with. He is a superstar, and we will definitely send everyone we know to him and Don Herring in the future. We purchased a 2019 Kia Sorento in immaculate shape and Stu steered us happily into a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. We were simply floored at the service, smoothness (thanks Aaron in Finance; great dude), and least stressful time we have ever bought a car. Nothing short of awesome. Stu is the man. And Don Herring's staff is nothing short of fantastic. Thank you for making this such a great experience.

  Steve was amazing to work with! We had heard an ad on the radio so we decided to stop in and unfortunately we weren't able to come up with something that worked for us. Steve worked tirelessly to find something that would... And he did. After days of incredible patience with us he found us the perfect car with the perfect price. Everyone at Don Herring was incredible and their customer service goes above and beyond. Will definitely send all my friends and family to Steve, I know he'll take great care of them!

  Stu Hutchins was awesome. He went above and beyond. I was desperately needing to get a car quickly because my old car broke down on me but at the same time I wanted to find something that I actually liked. Knowing that I had to find a car that day he could have very easily sold me anything. But, he didn't. He actually listened to what I was hoping to find so that I could feel good about my quick purchase. I couldn't be more excited about the car that I was able to drive off the lot with. She's exactly what I was looking for and I have him to thank for making it all happen.

  We are highly thankful to the team of Don Hearing. We believe that we did a reasonably good deal with Don Herring. My review after one year I am driving this outlander and have some concerns with regards to its body. Not strong enough!!! After spending one year I don’t recommend to buy outlander which I bought as it has so many hail spots all over the body as compared to my other cars. I hardly find visible spots on other cars They were parked side by side and in open when it happened. Before this hail sun roof had leakage and Clay coolly repaired it but could not fix it. In a heavy rain it leaks and Mitsubishi said its due to hail Damage and they can’t do anything. I’ve another sunroof car and it has no issue after going through so many hails storms. Because the body is good. $27000 car only 14000 driven and one 1-1/2 years old I put duct tape to stop water leaking from sunroof. My heart cries and eyes weep. Helpless

  At first I cringed at the thought of having to car shop. My credit hasn't been the best, but Steph, Brett, and the rest of the crew really worked hard to get me approved and found the right vehicle for me. They truly care and are kind people. I would definitely return and recommend you buy your next car here.

  I will give Don Herring a A+ and would recommend them to anybody...My salesman was Alex A. he was very professional and knowledge; he always kept me updated on the progress. I also worked with Brett Cantrell which was the sales manager; he was professional and the both of them was informative and gave me an awesome deal!! Justin Hemingway was the finance manager I worked with and he made the process more smoother; he signing was a breeze. I did not wait as long as I thought and during the process they were very friendly.

  My experience with Mitsubishi from the pre approval agent Jessica, to Gary, to the loan officer and then to the finance director Aaron was fabulous and went smooth. And thanks to their teamwork and dedication I was able to drive off with a vehicle.
