Elizabeth C4My mother referred me here based on her experience and overall it was great I am not giving a full 5 stars for two reasons. First, they tried to lowball me in my trade. It was a completely paid off vehicle, low miles, new tires and one minor cosmetic defect. However we came to an agreement (still not 100% to my satisfaction). Second, I purchased a $45k truck from them with no floor mats. We went to the dealer in the dark and when we got home, and looked the next day in the daylight we noticed it. When I called our sales guy back he basically said sorry, nothing I can do. So I had to go back and spend $200 on floor mats. Kind of ridiculous when I just bought a new vehicle; limited edition that does not have floor mats? Lesson learned, check your new vehicle top to bottom so you don’t get screwed over. At any rate our sales guy, Nemo, was great and finance, Brandon, was too. I like them better than Steve Landers.

William Symes5I began searching for a new car about 18 months before I was ready to decide. Tony Campbell introduced himself the first visit. Over the next 18 months Tony contacted me about every 3-4 months just to check in. Eventually I decided on a Sienna SE with the performance package. During the order, Doug Steele explained the various options, costs, discounts, financing, and the final price. I agreed and ordered the car. It took some time to build, and Tony kept me informed every step of the way. When the car finally arrived, it had been built exactly to my preferences...no surprises. Doug motivated me to close the deal quickly. I never felt pressured. Both Tony and Doug really knew their product and answered all of my questions. This is the most money I've ever spent on a vehicle and I am very, very pleased.

We were just looking as we live in South Arkansas and never expected to be driving home a new vehicle. Josh was very professional and I will say he was not a pushy salesman as I have dealt with in the past but he was truly helpful and considerate. His professionalism, in my opinion, is unmatched. He did his best to make us feel comfortable and never at any time was he out of line. He did an outstanding job and I felt really good after signing the paperwork. I would rate him as one of the best car salesmen I have ever dealt with. I have been in the workforce for over 40 years and have dealt with a number of salesmen but he is the best. If you want to buy a vehicle I would certainly give him a call and an opportunity to help you. I work with sales people on a daily basis and I can assure you he is one of the best I have ever encountered.

Tina Bowen4Always friendly, helpful people. Great quality work and reasonably priced. The only thing is I prescheduled my appointment for oil change and tire rotation so that wait would be minimal but.... they apparently received a lot of last minute drive in work and did not factor in I was prescheduled appointment and I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and I still had to wait 2 hours from actual appointment time.

Ziad Syed1Non-existent customer service. We walked to the front of the showroom where there was a group of five salesmen and as we approached, they literally all dispersed. Only one salesman (Doug) stayed behind but he couldn't help because he had a delivery in 20 minutes. This one competent salesman had to apologize on behalf of the other "salesmen". Terrible service. For context, we are Indian. I bring this up because I saw a couple white families being helped, so I don't think it's pure incompetence on part of the "salesmen".

Steve Poje5I have been searching for a while to find a replacement car after my wife's car was totaled in a wreck. She was very clear in what she wanted. We are in Arizona and I could find nothing within the area. I searched country wide and finally found it at this dealership. 2017 Nissan 370Z Red Roadster. When I called, I was helped by Mike Ebsen. He was very helpful as to answer all my questions, concerns of not being able to see in person. He suggested he could do a walk around video of the vehicle and send to me. WOW.... Shortly after I received his very detailed account of the condition, showing every panel and interior in the video, explaining anything that could be of question. Mike put me at ease and we finished the deal. He put up with my constant texts, questions, concerns, with professionalism and responded as quickly as he could between other customers. I never felt rushed or put off. After I arranged for the transport to pickup, he was the contact and again all went well. When I received the car it was exactly as Mike explained. I felt like I had been there in person to view it. I highly recommend Mike to anyone that is looking for an experience other than the normal high pressure, car sales person.
