Joshua Blakely1This location is extremely slow and has now messed up one of my check deposits and I am now having to file a dispute because someone does not know how to type in numbers. I will not be returning to this location to deposit money again. As a bank I should not have to wonder if they will read and type numbers correctly, this is absolutely unacceptable.

Ruby Morales5Friendly helpful people. The Arvest Bank on the corner of College and Township must not have a phone or phone number. I tried calling and got every place but there. EVERYONE acted like it wasn't in existence .

Amanda Ellise1Arvest won't change the name on my account even though I have provided my SS card reflecting the name change as well as my driver's license showing the name change. They said they need some other vague "document", but won't tell me what exactly.. I guess my state issued and federally issued documentation wasn't substantial. The clerk I talked to was fairly rude during the encounter and would not clarify what type of document I needed to bring in and kept referring to my legal name as my "preferred name". Startlingly incompetent.

N. Alan Hill1Slowest training location. I get consistent slow, unprofessional service at this location 4 of 5 times and I'm trying to be generous. Only one other car in line tonight. 2 Tellers inside talking and laughing while 1 other helped the only other car. No greeting, only minimal acknowledgement.

makaylia porter2The customer service is nice but don’t deposit any money on a weekend, EVEN if they are open and you give it to a teller because it takes 42 hours apart from said SAT AND SUN and all of Monday before they will give you your money. How that equals 48 hours? Your guess is as good as mine.

Jordan Smith3Literally the slowest Arvest in all of Arkansas. Visit regularly and always here a good 10-20 minutes (or more) in drive through. 3 stars because the employees are always nice, at least!

robert murphy1This one has to have some of the slowest workers I have ever see. Mainly the guy workers. Expect to be here 20min to do anything. Better off going to a different Arvest.
