  Great staff and men to work with on your pawn loans and items to sale as well. Fair pricing and more than fair on giving the customer chances to relinquish their property if you just keep them updated. Also great selection on memorabilia and TV and gaming equipment. Nice gun selection as well. Build some good pawn credit here and they will take care of you . Thanks men!

  Terrible experience. Young guy behind country seemed like he couldn't get me out the door fast enough. Super low ball on offers. Would not recommend.

  Ive never been so insulted in my life. I take a brand new Wagoner paint sprayer to pawn and am told because it's new I need a receipt to pawn it. If had my receipt I wouldn't need to pawn it stupid. I would just return it. Basically you called me a thief when I walked in the door. Good luck with that kinda customer service. Big Brother is way better people than these jerks.

  Extremely rude. Couldn't even walk around the shop without being told what we could and couldn't buy. We weren't even allowed to open the tackle boxes they were selling to see what was inside so we could decide if we wanted to purchase them. What? They were rude to every single customer we were in there with. Some girl even came in, asked if they sold phones. and their response was so rude it was appalling. Save your money and your sanity and go somewhere that actually cares about their customers.

  So sorry. Covid 19 precautions currently in place at our shop calls for limited handling of merchandise. The signs in place explain current employee/customer conduct. Thank you for your feedback.

  Drove an hour to go here, they wouldn't budge on prices asked them to accept $600 cash for the $640 they were asking was told no. Do yourself a big favor go to one of the many pawnshops that will make a deal most do!! Overpriced also. P.s to the owner that is bs it was on gold that you barely paid for to start with.

  Went in to pawn my les Paul and they gave me a bit more than I was asking. It's an awesome guitar and they saw that. Will do business exclusively with them from now on!

  Was charged $25 for a background check on a handgun. No other shop charges this, it is a scam. Be careful. Violent gestures, I believe you are thinking of the wrong person. This was not explained at all before the purchase. This is why I put this online to let others know. The gun shop I usually purchase from, and will from now on, said that they are not charged for background checks. This is a just a way you are trying to make money.

  I purchased a keyboard from Instant Money Pawn this week and was very happy with the service and price of the keyboard. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend purchasing from here!

  I recently had my Xbox stolen by a so called friend and to avoid dealing with the police, not because he didn't deserve, but because it would take me months to get it back. I politely asked them if they could work with me, having the receipt with the serial number and my information on the hard drive. I told them my situation and asked if they could do anything for me. They then proceeded to ask me the name of this so called friend and blatantly lied to me saying, "we have not received any pawns from that name nor do we have a Xbox with that serial number". I believe they didn't even look up the serial number and I felt like they lied to me just because they didn't want to deal with it. luckily I talked this so called friend into giving me the ticket which turned out to be from this very pawn shop in order to avoid calling the police. All they wanted was to make money and had no empathy for me at all. I understand there are certain things pawn shops can not do but they didn't even advise me to go to the police. I almost gave up completely thinking that he sold it to a person directly which would make the police useless. Now no one gets into trouble and of course they get my money. I don't normally pawn things but, I recommend avoiding this place all together. // I guess I wrote my review too soon. I went to go get my xbox back all of 3 days late, because I don't just have an extra 70 dollars laying around I can just use on anything. They told me someone has it on layaway. I first called to see if they had it. Then when I got there they said they have it. Guy goes in the back with another man and came out a min. later and asked me my name. I told him it not thinking anything of the review I left them and all the sudden the dang thing is on layaway. They would not switch it out for another one or work with me at all. Its not like they don't have plenty. The xbox one comes out in 3 days but apparently that's the only 250 gb they have. After I told them my name they where immediately rude! Bad rude. When I asked to speak with the manager it just so conveniently happens that they are all the managers and all the owners. They told me to file a police report and that was all. Not only that but I asked them if they wiped my hard drive yet and they proceeded to tell me they don't wipe hard drive on xboxs. I have credit card numbers and a lot more information on their that I would not want some random person having! I'm sure because I said something about it the damn think is gonna be wiped if I ever get it back. But I don't care! that's something people need to know!
