  Grant Millershultz over at Chevrolet of Fayetteville was able to get me an awesome deal on a new car. Their service was awesome and will definitely be doing the rest of my car buying business with these guys. Their customer service is the best in Fayetteville for sure!

  Overall had a great experience buying a car here, I was buying from out of town and the online sales lady Kendal was very helpful and even reserved the car for me with a small deposit. Only thing I didn't like is they were quite hesitant to reduce pricing because of cosmetic wear on the used vehicle I had asked them to fix yet didn't.

  I called to compare prices with another Chevrolet dealership in the area and this one was cheaper and more accommodating! We were able to get right in and get our vehicle road trip ready! The gentleman even put the groceries in the car that we had gotten from Sam's across the way! We will be back!

  Took vehicle in for oil change, tire rotation, and to be detailed.... got car back with an oil change, tire rotation, got it detailed, and aquired a freshly damaged front bumper! Service manager was quick to defend his staff, but didnt bother trying to work with me on getting my car fixed. Didn't even bother with trying to get me an estimate to have it fixed. I was beyond disappointed.

  Hi Jon, I am disappointed to see this as it does not agree with what was previously discussed with us about the damage to your front bumper. Since your car was backed in when parked after the oil change and detail was completed; it was not possible to curb the front bumper and cause the scuff and small dent. As you are important to us, we have agreed to repair the damage as a show of good faith and are waiting for you to do so. Please reach out to us so we can get this taken care of. Thank you!   It was a wonderful experience. I spoke with Josh in the service department and he was able to work my daughter's car in for work the very same day so she could leave for winter break from college and make the 5-hour drive home safely. I am very appreciative for that kind of service as it really put my mind at ease for her being on the road. Thank you so much!

  John Lyons did an excellent job of showing us all the vehicles we were interested in and the finance department was exceptional. They were great at making helpful suggestions and offering a variety of vehicles to choose from that were tailored to our needs. Their care after the sale has been excellent.
