Dwayne Baughman3No Integrity!!! Runaway far and fast!! I want to start by giving Taras our salesman, major kudos. He was most helpful and tried his hardest to make our experience a good one. However, beyond Taras, the mangers and the detailer made this the worst car buying experience I've ever had. The detailer left in the middle of detailing our car and Taras did his best to finish it so we could take car home. The detailer also took the 2nd set of keys with him and Taras had to track them down and send them to us. The General, Used Car, and Finance managers are all scam artists and have zero integrity. They presented a deal were the price of car was acceptable, but they intentionally had the tax inflated by $202 and we did not catch it. We agreed to the out the door price. On the final paperwork they reduced the tax by $202 and added it to the price of the car instead of lowering the out the door price. Shame on us for assuming they could calculate tax appropriately. Effectively the snookered us out of $202. I’m sure they are quite proud of the successful game they played on us. I guess their integrity is not even worth $200. I can't believe Penske Automotive would condone this kind of behavior. I will never go back to Toyota of Bedford, EVER. And I hope you don't either after reading this review. Scam artists at their finest. UPDATE: Mike Press the General Manager contacted us and apologized for the experience we had. He assured us this was an honest mistake. He said integrity was very important to him and the dealership, he backed it up by sending us a $202 check. Given my conversation with Mike and his action I would consider returning to the dealership when I need another car as long as I knew he would be overseeing the process. Thanks Mike!

Oily O's1I have never received such HORRIBLE customer service in my life! I negotiated a deal with the GM Mike Press & salesman in which I have physical proof of via text and on paper. I confirmed the deal before I left my home to drive 45 minutes & pick up the car. Upon arrival, they presented me with papers to sign that showed the sale price $2,597.01 MORE than what we negotiated!! They also told me that in order to make this deal work I would have to finance through them. I already secured my own financing through my credit union & told them several times I didn't want another hard hit on my credit by using their financing but if it meant getting that deal then I would move forward.. AGAIN, I have proof of all of this. When I arrived and saw the paperwork I was furious and showed them proof of negotiation and he could care less. He had his finance manager tell me they were not giving me the car for what we negotiated, he wasn't even man enough to come out and talk to me himself! They didn't care that they ran my credit, I drove 45 minutes, AND had proof of the negotiation. So here I am, no car & another hit on my credit because of liars who mislead people. DONT SHOP HERE or trust ANYTHING they tell you. Raven, the internet salesman actually told me that they were closed on Wednesdays to try and get me to the store by Tuesday night and close the sale..& low and behold.. they were blowing me up on Wednesday. .when they were "closed." I would give zero stars if I could!

Paul Crosby5I have to say it was the most pleasant and unexpected car buying experience I have ever had. I had the pleasure of working with Chris Wiley who spent time with me on my first visit even though I told him I wasnt buying that day but he took the time while being patient with me and answered all of my questions. BUT THAT WASNT EVEN THE BEST PART! So I came back after doing some research and thought I had picked out the perfect car. But just as I was going to purchase the finance manager Vladimir and Chris stopped me and let me know that they discovered that vehicle would not fit my needs. Then they found me a better car at a lower payment than I was expecting for something nicer. I was in shock! Normally you expect a dealership to just pawn off the car and make it your problem. But not these guys. I was so relieved that they were genuinely interested in my wellbeing and not trying to take advantage of me and make a quick buck. Glad there are still some reputable car dealers out there and glad that Toyota of Bedford is raising the standard. I cannot wait to buy my next vehicle

D'Ante Miles4Although I didn't purchase a vehicle, Jamar was very professional. He didn't act like the normal car salesman but was more concerned with my wants than making a deal. I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle.
