      Me and my hubby was here in this branch (Dunham) June 1, 2018 to deposit a check in the drive thru. We arrived at 1:10pm, and a black woman said hold on a second, we recognized that it’s a first week of the month and it will be busy. So patiently waited for 20 minutes, did you hear us? 20 MINUTES! So finally after 20 minutes, a BLACK MAN WITH THE BEARD came and my hubby said we were there for 20 minutes, this man never apologized and HE DID NOT SAY NOTHING, all he says is: “HAVE A NICE DAY”! Thank you man! It was a nice to have you and thank you for our patience! That man needs to learn how to apologize and recognize that the customer are waited for 20 minutes, that’s a messed up service! Never again, WE HATE THAT BRANCH! We want this incident known by the manager!

      I pulled in line at drive thru cause inside is closed. Sat here for 20 minutes. Move 1 car. Still got 2 in front of me .About another half hour.

      The service in this branch is terrible. Your always waiting 15 to 20 minutes. Poor management.

      I understand about trying to leave and go home, but take care of the customer and take a backseat for all of the side conversations and laughter, REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! One of the reasons why I don't bank with Huntington
