      The Townstone team was fantastic handling my mortgage. We closed quickly and seamlessly. There was never a time I couldn't ask questions about the whole process. I learned so much about the process, I felt comfortable the entire way. Zachary Schwartz is the VP and he personally oversaw my account. There was never a gap in communication. He even came out to my closing to meet my wife and I personally. And he's still made himself available even after the closing for any questions I might have. I highly recommend Townstone. Much more than the others you'll hear about on local Chicago radio. Beware the smooth talkers.
