  The first time I went to Deanna my taxes were really messy, I was trying to do them myself and as a stipend contractor for years I owed the IRS a ton of money. She gave me some clarity on my situation and took care of my taxes with no problem. This is now my third year with her and it’s always a pleasure, plus shes so quick! The office is very clean and well kept, and staff is courteous and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Grant’s, she’s great and I’ll be coming back every year <3

  As a minority-women owned business, it can be taxing handling the back-end in this stale economy but DeAnna and her team have been my backbone through it all! Grant’s Financial is filled with educated, resourceful, solution-oriented, thorough, and kind people. I should know, I’ve dealt with almost every employee in some way so I could properly understand how to manage my business and it’s growth, especially during this pandemic! DeAnna Grant and her team have made sure I had every document needed to apply for the available grants and government loans. They helped me manage my internal business management model and system.   Grants Financial has been taking care of our taxes for years. Fast, Friendly and Simple. Tax time can be scary for some but Grant's Financial will ease the pain with education, resources, current tax updates, and reasonable prices.

  One of the worst business decisions I've ever made was to allow Deana/Grant Financial to be my book keeper. Horrific communicator. Excellent excuse maker. 100% headache. She told me she'd assist me in making quarterly tax payments...Lie...not once did this happen. She told me she'd help me go over my revenues/expenses, monthly, to help me operate more efficiently. This happened once. It's always an excuse about staffing etc. It's April 10th 2018 and my books/taxes still arent close to being done. All I get is excuses and attitude when I speak with her. I recommend that no one do business with Grant's Financial. Only thing that comes on time from her is the bill. I''m mad I had to give her 1 star.

  I was a client for multiple years. DeAnna and her support staff frequently failed to follow through even though things were promised to me and, moreover, they missed deadlines more than once. Everything is well documented. Towards the end, I started catching DeAnna in what appeared to be lies; I suppose it is possible she is just so unorganized that she couldn't keep straight what she had told me. Again, I have everything in writing. Prices are fairly low but the old saying applies: you get what you pay for. Current accountant found multiple errors in tax preparation done by Grant's Financial Services. I suggest you do not hire this firm.

When working with a business owner who is unorganized it very difficult to account for a years worth of data in a short time frame. The client continued to request extension and never had documents to our office on time. We appreciate the lesson that the experience has brought us and wish you much luck and success!
