Miriana Scatola1A complete waste of time. Close this location if you don’t have enough staff. I couldn’t solve my issue over the phone and I was forced to make an appointment. Then I came here, Grisel Gonzales was late to the appointment just to tell me I needed to speak on the phone with someone else. A complete waste of time, truly there are better banks with more cash backs and offers.

Donna Davis1The workers are rude and racist. Jacky Wu told me I was irritating him b/c I said he clearly helped 2 Asians and never once asked me if I needed help. The manager Daisy Hernandez made excuses as to why no one helped. Daisy claimed that the bank is by appointment only when clearly that's a lie. Told me she didn't know the number to corporate when I asked for the number.

JJ L1If I could, I would give you -5 points. Whoever helped me deposit my third party check, didn’t know what the hell he was doing. I had my third party with me, and he checked my third party ID and everything. He told us everything was set. Money should be in 2 days. Now three days went by, my account got restricted. I called Chase to found that was not the right process. Now I need to find my third party again to go with me again. This Branch really need to train their employees well. So inconvenient for the customers. I will never go back there.

Ibrahim Hakim1Opened a new checking account with Chase online today and arrived a little before 5pm to the branch. We were the only customers in the branch and were told "we close in 8 minutes and adding your wife to your account takes 15 minutes." I certainly understand they close at 5pm, but they would not make an exception. It certainly left a sour taste in my mouth that they were so specific with the timings to us and unwilling to stay an extra 5 minutes to help a new customer.

Toccarra Wilson1This branch has completely gone down the drain. I have been a resident in the Southloop for years and I have never had to watch a personal banker sit with a customer for over a hour on a Saturday. We need corporate to come in and clean house. This is completely ridiculous.

Joshua Jewell1I gave the teller my I’d and credit card when I was making a withdrawal. Instead of using the info I gave her to look up my account and give me money from my savings which is what I asked for 3 times she chooses to use my credit card to make a cash advance on my credit card which charges $10 or 5% which ever is higher. I asked three times!!!! I’ve never had an issue doing this from any other branch. Fix this or I’m leaving chase.

Simon E2I come here every so often because it's close to my work and sometimes it's okay. However, they are usually understaffed at peak times. I went today to see a banker and waited nearly 45 minutes before having to leave without completing what I needed. I'll probably go ahead and do my banking at a different branch when possible. It's not worth the long wait times to go here unless it's necessary

Tony Romero1Slowest chase bank around. They had a line of about 30 people and 2 tellers who were wasting time gossiping with each other. Then one teller started laughing loud and ignored the customer in front of her. This is a business you guys should be more professional and efficient. How come you guys are wasting time gossiping with a line of 30 people? When I asked the manager what the long wait is for he had an attitude and told me to get back in line. At that point I had to go back to the back of the line after I waited for 15 minutes already and they didn't even finish helping one customer in that time frame. Why isn't the manager stepping up to help clear out the line and instead he is standing there doing nothing. I dont understand why you guys have a manager who doesnt care about being friendly and effiecient. This bank needs major improvement in their customer service and you need a new manager who isn't disrespectful to your patrons. I will never go to this location again because their customer service skills are horrible.
