  I recently had the pleasure of working with Carrie at the 9th St branch in West Fargo, and found her to be friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I don't understand why more consumers don't work with a credit union instead of a bank as I have found that credit unions offer better service, less fees, and better rates.
