Kirsten Ann5I came into their repair shop to get a new "fob" entry key. The service is phenomenal!! The lounge was spacious and tons of seating. My key was ready in the blink of an eye, and I was happily on my way, new fob in hand!?!

Tony Hanson1Absolutely, without a doubt, the worst service I've ever received. I was told my service would take one hour, It took three hours. I was told what the amount would be for the work I had done before entering the building, they had me pay $25 more than originally quoted. When I told the Service Tech about being their two hours longer than quoted, he just said "ya". They will never get another penny from me, think twice people

When I arrived Kevin advised me all my concerns were addressed and was friendly throughout the whole process. I loved they even washed my very very dirty truck!

Justin Oss5Dropped vehicle off, did not get to it at 0900 appointment. Got to it around 1300 and then dropped it off at my house for not getting to it on time. This was spectacular! Great turn around.

Marvin French1Trying to sell me a vehicle when the previous owner has not removed his/hers belongings vehicle yet. At least they could have done was let me have our dealerships mechanic do a inspection and then you can test drive it. Side note. We told them we had X amount of money to spend and then everything was that amount. Quincidence??

Spencer Roth2Made a service appointment 1.5 weeks in advance for a warranty recall, tire rotation, and the addition of tow mirrors on my pickup. Good communication ahead of the actual day confirming parts were all in and checking on any other needed work. I arrived at 7:15 the day of for an 8am appointment. I got passed between 3 service advisors. The final being Kevin, he confirmed the work to be done and asked when I needed it back. I said as soon as possible and he said by lunch would be reasonable to complete the jobs. I said that would be acceptable and went to work. I hadn't heard anything so at 2:30 and called in and asked for a status and was passed around twice before getting Kevin. He didn't know and would have to check and call me back. At 3pm Kevin called back and said it would be ready at 4pm so I made plans to get back there. I arrived at 4:15 to an unfinished pickup. I could see it back in the service bay without anyone working on it. I talked to Kevin and he made excuses as to the delay and said 30 more minutes. So I sat down to wait. At 5 I looked back in the bay again and nothing had changed, and still no one working on it. Frustrated I left the dealership again to get dinner. At 5:30 I got a voicemail from Kevin saying that I could pay the bill, but no mention of the pickup being done. At 5:45 I got a call that the pickup was done from someone else. So I headed back. After getting there, I found Kevin had left and no one knew where the bill was. Once the bill was located they noticed Kevin had wrote the bill to double charge me for the labor. Ryan (I believe his name was) in parts recalculated the proper billing amount and processed me out. He seemed to be the only knowledgeable person working that day. I finally left in my pickup at 6:15pm. The work seems to have been completed to a satisfactory level
