  Absolutely disgraceful of staff to accuse me of stealing or price tag switching. Was going to buy a DVD and pulled the price tag back to check if it was dubbed or subtitled. Was accused of tag switching when I have been shopping there for over 20 years and they still treated me like that and actually banned me from store even though I talked to the owner and he said I was welcome to shop there. I will not. One caveat: do not buy electronics from them. They say the test everything but my late mother and I bought many electronics and always had to return. Anyway, this is my final review of this junk store I also stand by my innocence until the day I die.

  All the guys that work there are great they will help you out with anything they can. Matt the manager is a good dude as well best pawn shop in town!

  My brother brought in a brand new, never used amazon echo dot and was offered a measily $5 (it runs $40-50 in stores). We realize that they have to consider resale value but we feel that he was taken advantage of and low balled.

  Hi Alyssa: Sorry if you feel that our offer was low. We use eBays completed listings to value the items we buy. Echo dots resale values depending on the model are between $8.00 and $20.00 on eBay. We will price our inventory competitively with eBay. We would be happy to sell the item back to your brother if he likes for the amount that we paid for it if he would like to shop around or sell it on his own.   The manager Matt gave me a awesome deal on a old WW2 gun a while back. Tony n Josh (aka the Hair All Stars) are good guys. Rest of staff is awesome!!

  I would recommend this place to anyone in need of pawn stuff! The staff are friendly and supportive, and I have high regards for the manager Matt. I went their hoping for a partial refund after the gadget fail to work for me. But the guy was an angel. He fully refunded me. I'd definitely come back for future putchases.

  Got a lens from there but it wasn't compatible with my camera. The folks were super understanding and helpful from purchase to return. Can't speak for their loan services but watching the interactions with others I think they do a pretty good job.

  Absolutely, this 45th Street location is always willing to offer a deal. More tools and are much organized now as of Jan 2016. They're friendly too. I recommend. The only issue is they carry very few electronics and other items, accept tools.
