  During the entire process from beginning to end we felt that we were the only clients. Every email, every phone call was answered. In a year where everyone is either selling their home relocating to another state, or buying an apartment we all wanted the best prices, the best rates , Closing costs and Rapid response from the bank as far as qualifying for mortgage. I am happy to say that all my expectations were exceeded and everything went smoothly with professionalism, and always with a human touch. I’m happy to say that we are very satisfied customers purchased a new apartment and will be moving next week.

  Top Class is Top-Quality It has been some time since i have dealt with the mortgage process. This time was a refinance and i learned that in many cases, as with mine, it is a whole new loan. Top Class Mortgage helped me understand all the banks requirements and I especially liked being able to send, receive and sign most documents electronically. That saved me time and frustration. They were available whenever called by phone which is also nice in todays world which lacks the personal service. I do appreciate Top Class Mortgage for great service that kept me informed and made me feel important.
