  Lucas has been very thorough and true to us from the very beginning. It was a struggle for us when we decided to buy our first house considering we are very new in Florida. Trusting a person for the first time you met is a big lift of faith. That was with Lucas and he never let us down. He knows what is good for you and he will definitely take care of your interest.

  Raving review incoming! TLDR: Lucas is one of the most professional, thorough mortgage brokers you’ll meet with outstanding communication and customer service skills! If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend. I worked with Lucas on lining up financing for my property in Miami. My challenge was securing funding as a business owner with variable sources of income. Lucas was able to find a financing option that fit my situation and educate me along the way. This was my first time purchasing a property in Florida so I had to get familiar not only with the financing offer structure but also with the closing process components overall. Lucas provided a detailed walkthrough of different lending options via loom recordings which I could rewatch multiple times to fully comprehend the information. Lucas's communication was always on time and to the point. I felt like he had my back the whole time. Lucas made sure that the deal was moving forward at a proper pace and helped to resolve any questions and roadblocks promptly.   Lucas went out of his way to help us last minute and was able to successfully help us obtain a mortgage. He was very flexible and adaptive to changing/difficult circumstances.   Lucas provided an excellent mortgage experience! He was always available to answer any questions and was extremely knowledgable about the entire mortgage process. He made the process very easy and efficient. We got a clear to close in 6 days from submission and he even got us an appraisal waiver which saved us a lot of money. The final rate was great and total fees were lower than expected. Lucas was easy to reach at all times. I would really recommend his services!

  Working with Lucas Faillace at C2 Financial for our home loan was an extremely easy and pleasant experience.
