  I do have to say that Jessica Tronscoso is AWESOME. Always available, find the answers to my questions. She truly goes above and beyond to get closings done. She is there when you need support. The entire team at A&D is great, they are easy to work with. They believe in closing deals and that's what we like at Guardian Capital Lenders!

  Our AE Jay Lam always goes above and beyond to help us get our loans closed from start to finish. Jay is extremely knowledgeable, no matter how complex or stressful the loan is he always finds a solution. Also, thank you Nathalie Fischer for helping us to process all docs and for catching the things that I don't. Thanks to you both!

  The absolute worst lending experience of my 19 years in the business. From start to finish the communication was horrible, non existent!! And now, 2 weeks AFTER we were supposed to close, they decline the loan for something they knew about when we started the loan in May!!! My buyer jumped through EVERY single hoop the lender asked throughout the 2 months they had the loan only to be declined and in threat of losing their $5,000 deposit. Not one bit of care or concern from the loan officer, processor, underwriter, manager, owner. RUN!

  They don't deserve even one star, I had the worst experience as a costumer ever! They pre-approved the loan, required me to pay the insurance upfront, requested all the inspections (paid by the buyer) and denied the process based on something that they had access since the first day. Besides dragging the process longer than needed and waited for the last day for the denial leaving no option other than the cancellation of the contract. The underwriter blocked my broker, in a very unprofessional way. Don't waste your time and money with this company. Stay away!

  Michelle McBride is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about her programs. I know within one phone call if the scenario I have would be within guidelines. She has made me more aware of the questions I need to be asking for non-QM. I love how available she is when I need her! A&D is my first stop with non-QM!

  Our account executive, Lucy Mantilla, is extremely experienced and knowledgeable in the mortgage industry.   This is a great company to work with they have great NonQM loans bank statement and no ratios along with conforming loans. The best part is the AE Bernie Hernandez and Processor Carson they work with you to help and assist in getting the loan ready and in getting it to closing on time. If you have not tried them you are losing out Give them a try you wont be sorry :):)

  I want to make sure Michelle McBride gets credit for not only answering her phone or calling back, but also for going above and beyond for her clients. Non-QM loans can be difficult and frustrating but when this has happened on my loans she has jumped in and handled every situation with urgency and is not afraid to get in any file and help get things done! Thanks Michelle for being there for us when we need you!
