  I want to extend my gratitude to Top Choice lending. I had my loan w/ a prior lender that did not acknowledge my military exemptions and came to Ken 2 weeks of already having the contract in hand. His team was able to get me to the finish line regardless of the hiccups that took place.   Everyone at Top Choice Lending treated me with so much respect and eased my concerns with the home buying process. Ken and his team got me to the closing table when other lenders couldn’t. It’s been almost a year since I closed on my home and I still refer everyone I know to them.

  Where do I start? Ken was beyond amazing! He always goes above and beyond for my clients which is why I use him as my preferred lender. His rates are hands down the lowest in comparison to most, and his professionalism is exceptional. I’ve had deals bust out with builders lenders and somehow Ken is able to get them closed. I highly recommend Top Choice Lending!

  Terrible experience as a first time home buyer. This process began 5 months ago and after about 4 contract extensions due to delays in gaining approval to close on the home, the builder decided to terminate our contract. Multiple delays in the approval process lead to this outcome. All of which could have been avoided if proper guidance, instruction and follow up was completed by the mortgage broker. What made this experience worse was not receiving updates when requested and no apologies for documents that were missed or not submitted. Overall the broker was unapologetic and took no responsibility for the breakdowns in the parts of the process he owned. For this reason I wouldn't refer Mr. Gilliard to anyone.

  Hi Brittainy, I am deeply sorry you feel this way. We do strive to make sure everyone first time buying experience is the best. Due to the pandemic and constant changes to the mortgage guidelines for self employed borrowers and also access to certain programs & benefits that were made available by the government to self employed borrowers last year that you so graciously took advantage of. We had to work around those choices you made. Yes, there were delays due to guidelines we had to work around on your behalf. Nevertheless, even with the circumstance that was given to us we had to work hard to work around that. And we did. We fought hard for you and got you all the way to the closing table where you decided not to buy the home. Which I understand at that point you were frustrated; however even with current guidelines that would prevent a buyer from purchasing a property, and would cause other lenders to decline you. We got you to the closing table with a clear to close, unfortunately you decided not to proceed. We strive to get clients to the closing table. When I created this company back in 2017 for my 5 year old daughters legacy. I wanted to make sure that we gave our people the opportunity of home ownership. I make sure that I fight for my client each and every day, and offer the best rates, which gives them lower payments, and the opportunity to own the home of your dreams. I wish you nothing the but the best in your home search, and success in your business. Thanks

  Top choice lending is the best lending company to do business with. Ken works with you as if he was buying his home. He is open, eager, and works diligently towards making the customer happy. I enjoyed my home buying process, stressors and all!

  Ken Gilliard literally held my hand through the process. No question left behind or un-answered. He broke down terminology and time frame in a way I could understand. I plan on doing other business in Realestate and Ken automatically, hands down is the person I am going to. He is passionate, persistent, and consistent. He is also very professional.   We closed in 6 weeks. It would've been sooner, but we opted to cancel the contract on our first property. Ken was readily available and extremely attentive to our needs and concerns. Any question we had, he was just a phone call away. The process was smooth send seamless. We had a hiccup with the paperwork at closing, but guess what....? Ken was right there to ensure everything went well until the very end!

  I would Absolutely recommend too choice lending and Mr. Gilliard. They were very knowledgeable and made the process very easy. A had a couple lenders wanting my business but top choice lending beat them all. Will comeback when it is time to buy house number 2
