  We strongly recommend Tim and Motto Mortgage! As first time home buyers, he made sure to explain the whole process thoroughly and worked diligently to make sure all necessary steps were completed in time for closing. He was very responsive and we felt that he had our best interest at heart. We would definitely reach out to him again if we are back in the market for another home!

  Loyd Miller is an excellent Loan Originator. He was very proactive during the entire loan process. He made sure that all steps were timely performed and that all documents were reviewed and timely submitted. I had a very short window for closing and Loyd worked diligently to make sure that all deadlines were met. I was very pleased with the service and the fees were competitive.   We worked with Tim Tse and Motto Mortgage when we purchased a new home in early 2021. Tim was super responsive and always kept us updated throughout the entire loan closing process. Tim was very knowledgeable about the mortgage rates and loan documentation process, and he always tried to help and guide us along the way whenever necessary. I also feel like Tim and Motto Mortgage worked hard to get us the best loan package as possible, and I felt like they were as invested in the process and outcome as I was. I had a great experience working with Tim and Motto Mortgage, and I will certainly work with them again the next time I purchase a home.

  Motto Mortgage was exactly the type of mortgage company I was looking for! Jumping into a refi for me was nerve wracking and full of questions. My agent was extremely supportive, prompt, and knowledgeable with walking us through the whole process. He was always available for a question over text or a 15 minute phone conversation, this speaks volumes these days in age!! I strongly recommend them and wish you have the same, if not better experience that we had..
