  I cannot sign into their website for some reason... no security code comes to my email, password no longer works for some WEIRD REASON (probably something they have done) AND BEWARE, you must ask their permission every time you want to use YOUR MONEY (yeah, ridiculous, I know). Then I get this letter dated 9/30 in the mail TODAY 10/7, so I have 3 days to pay them $3.88... petty, verrrry veryyy petty especially since a lot of money was about to get deposited in there and if it does get deposited and they keep me from accessing it then I will be hiring a lawyer

  My Auto Loan Experience with Gerardo Ocampo at Spacecity Credit Union was incredibly magnificent. I called and informed him of what my daughters and I desired in a vehicle and within minutes he provided a list and was very knowledgeable in the finance portion of it as well as with the vehicles.   Space City is a great place to bank at. Every time i call for help i am always greeted with competant employees and today it was Leanna who helped me as always with patience.They have so many others to name a few gerry,aldo ,jose,paula and others i do not know by name. Thank you Leanna.

  Great customer service. I love that they hire amazing people all the time. The best of the best are Nicole. Gery. The most caring loan officers/tellers of them all. Great souls. Great customer service. Thank you for hiring amazing staff. 💞💞💞 Two new amazing staff I encounter Genesis and Ronny. Omg they are both amazing and have the best customer service. These are individuals who are really there to help people and not there for the money. You can tell the difference. So thank y’all for continuing to hire amazing staff. 💕💕💕

  This is by far one of the best experiences I've ever had going into a business in general, Eddie the Loan Officer and Lyana the Teller were able to give me solid answers to all my questions. Lyana especially just went far beyond what customer service usually gives i felt invited and heard, thorough walk throughs and extreme attention to detail, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with, thank you so much for helping me start up my credit!

  I have received three instrument loans from Space City Credit Union (formerly Houston Musician's Credit Union) and I can't speak highly enough about the generosity and professionalism of Gerry Ocampo, who worked with me and my father. Gerry and Space City have made the process of procuring a new instrument, important to my career as a violinist, so easy and worry free. I give my fullest recommendation to anyone needing financial assistance to purchase a new instrument.

  Best customers service by far! I've been a member for a few years now, purchased several vehicles thru them,always gets better everytime. I want to thank Bianca Loza for helping me out on my recent vehicle purchase loan, you are amazing! Keep doing what you're doing you made things go smoothly.   I cannot say enough positive comments about SCCU. They have helped me through a car purchase, a return to school, and a move. Their customer service has been top notch through every process and even when I had an issue, I was taken care of through it. Thank you Space City!

  My advice to new members who are opening new accounts or in general for anything. Go to Lyana she gots your back, she went the extra mile, Got to the point, and she explain everything detail by detail the process was easy. I left with a good impression specially with the App I love it!!! . I’m sticking with them :)
