  Great service, honest, easy to work with, not your typical pawnshop that bullies or takes advantage, and the prices are more than fair. I won't shop at any other pawnshops in town.

  I used to go here all the time and the husband and wife were great, went there today and whoever is working there now is rude and didn’t want to help my friend cause she lost her ID and was going to use mine but wouldn’t let me, then I tried to sell my neckless and he offered me 5 bucks! No thanks! Wish the husband and wife were still there! That place is a joke now!

  We are sorry that you had a bad experience at our store. Unfortunately, city ordinance has changed and no longer allows us to let someone other than the owner to pawn or sell an Item. We always try to offer fair prices on everything we take.

  Very good service, I was in and out within 15 minutes. The owner was very informative, easy to talk to and gave me a fair deal. If you need a pawn shop that won't low ball your items, definitely come to this one!!

  Tried going here three separate times (one week between visits) because they have the best reviews, to sell/pawn some stuff I didn't need and just wanted to get a few bucks out of. All three times I went in they said didn't have any money. The shelves didn't have much on them to sell an make any money so either they need to dip into the beer fund to buy stuff to resell or they just didn't like my face, I"m no sure which.

  Unfortunately we are a small shop and have to limit ourselves to sellable merchandise. We buy as much as we can but in the end we have to make a living.

  I’d like say I have had nothing but positive things to say about u s pawn. I had to pawn my jewelry bcz I was low on food for my son. I have had my jewelry in there for 18 months. I paid the interest monthly to not loose. But they have been so patient so kind and understanding. I love them so much. I’d like say a big THANK YOU for helping me and being patient. It took a little bit longer then expected to get out but y’all understood. Thank you so much. Sonya

  I've had nothing but excellent service from here. I've been a loyal customer on and off for over 2 years now! Every time i go in there, i am always treated with a warm welcome and fair price's. They have helped me out when i needed it in a pinch. Will continue to go there for as long as the needs arise . I've also recommended to my friends and family if they are looking for a good pawn shop!

  I love the couple who own US Pawn and doing business with them. They are there to loan when people are in a pinch. They have fair rates on loans. They loan or buy at what your stuff is worth if u are unhappy with their offer you are just unhappy with your jewelry. And the WOMAN not girl who answers the phone is nothing but kind and professional. I have been a customer for over 3 years. Would go no where else!!

  I am a musician, and they always have the strings that I've been playing for about 20 years. That's a deal-breaker right there. Straps, cables, picks, they always have guitar staple items that I need, and they're nice folks.

  Horrible service called prior to coming down. He said he accepted everything I brought. When I got here he told me that he only accepted jewelry. Trash. Will never come here again.

  It is impossible to evaluate items over the phone but we try. Anything we buy has to be of some value.

  Not only did these people help me, but they were friendly, compassionate, and non-judgemental. I felt that they were professional, and I felt my property would be safe in their hands.
