  I worked with Dane Eischeid on my first home loan. He was prompt, professional, and answered all my questions (I asked a lot!). I really appreciate the work he did to help me secure the loan. There were some bumps along the way, as with anything this big and important, but he was right there helping me and pushing forward. I would and do recommend him for anyone looking for a mortgage. There are great programs to help with down payments and more if you qualify for them too! 5-stars!

  I've purchased several homes in the past and working with New American Funding was perhaps one of the easier transactions I've ever had. We had to switch from a conventional loan to the FHA in the middle of the process, yet there was little impact to over all timeline. Dane was a true pleasure to work with and was very responsive. He provided timely and accurate information throughout the lending process. Would highly recommend New American Funding!

  Dane was incredibly nice and helpful in the beginning stages of our home mortgage process. We were first time home buyers and needed lots of advice on how to get started and how to restructure our finances. Ultimately, we went with another mortgage company out of convenience.
