  Financial Plus Credit Union has launched an amazing new app and this has been just stellar service every time I use it!!!!! The message system is a true live representative and very fast response in my questions and very professional for taking care of services needed and or requested! 10/10 😊

  I sold my car to Southtown Chrysler, they paid me with a cashier check. I deposited it in Financial Plus and was told it wouldn’t be available until Friday and this was on Tuesday. So instead of getting another car on Tuesday, I was left the rest of the week without transportation all week as I couldn’t even rent one as they kept my money tied up. The people are friendly but the Credit Union is not customer friendly. Would not recommend it to anyone

  I recently had an exceptionally bad experience with Chase bank customer service and needed a new avenue to handle a financial situation. I turned to Financial Plus with for assistsance. Not only did they help and drop my car payment significanlty but also gave me a long time solution to my financial problem that solved it. Excellent experience. Ill be staying with FPCU for thr forseeable future. P.S. Thank you, Aspen for all the help!

  The people at financial plus were very helpful at helping myself set up various financial accounts. The process was very easy and simple and I would highly recommend financial plus to anyone looking to improve their finances. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff.

  Financial plus is a top tier credit union. After 5 years + I have had not 1 single hiccup since choosing them as my financial institution for my personal, savings and business accounts Their Highly professional staff are all very knowledgeable and that allows me to be in and back out within minutes. Absolutely the best experience I've encountered within a bank or credit union.

  We have been using Financial Plus Credit Union for about 20 years now and continue to have a great customer service. Our last experience started with inquiring about a financial matter with Jordyn from the Euclid branch. She replied to my email within an hour on her day off. We then continued the work with Joya who helped us complete the financial service the same day. The process was so easy and we didn't have to wait long after we asked questions. We will continue to use FPCU for our financial needs.
