  Beyond excellent service! In this current housing market, only the best are able to get the job done. Tony is that guy who got it done for us. His attention to detail, market knowledge, and layout of finance option scenarios was nothing short of perfect.   Our experience with Tony and Blueleaf lending was by far the easiest and more efficient mortgage loan process. We purchased in a market where houses were selling before even being officially listed and Tony had our pre-qualified letter out to us so fast allowing us to make an offer immediately. He took the time to provide several scenarios so we could choose the option that worked best for our family. He responded quickly to any questions we had. The document app was easy to use and kept us on track to ensure we didn't miss anything.

  Tony and his team were wonderful throughout the whole mortgage process! He was available to answer questions, and helped to explain things we had no experience with (like Escrow and mortgage insurance). His team was quick to reply, and guided us through closing date changes. We would highly recommend them to all first time homebuyers, and anyone looking for great service.

  I would highly recommend Tony Lucio at Blueleaf Lending for your next loan or refinancing needs. We have refinanced twice with Tony and both times have been excellent. He was very helpful talking through the best options for our refinance and we came up with a loan term that made the most sense for our long term goals. It was very easy using the online portal to upload the needed documents and the final closing was conveniently done at our house. The entire process was very simple. We will use Tony in the future and I suggest others do the same.
