      I've been there a couple of times, the staff was always kind and professional. I went there just before closing on Monday evening to get a cashier's check, and the lady at cashier (Andrea) went above and beyond. She spent the time to understand the details of my request, and recommended a better solution. Thank you so much!

      Worst banking experience that I have ever had with Citi Bank. Forget about calling customer service to discuss your account. You will be on hold forever only to be told to come into the branch. UPDATE: Still disappointed with this bank. The online banking experience is horrible and takes a long time to post to your account. This entire establishment needs to close down.

      Went in for a promotion that was never paid out. The teller staff did not have much knowledge when I asked them questions and it was different information than I received from the customer service number. Moreover, the branch manger was very rude and unprofessional. I will never give them my business again.

      The drive-through ATMs don't work very well I've always had a problem now today it ate my cash. So I had to call and get my cash credited to my account. Going inside from now on.
